How did the forecast turn out?

Unfortunately that forecast from December was incorrect. As of last Sunday there was ice on the trail to Chula Vista Campground and small clumps of snow here and there. The current forecast only calls for 1 inch of accumulation by Saturday. So it is not looking good for this weekend.

We can hope that the extended forecast for more storms holds and we can finally get to go skiing in the next week or two.
