The Mount Pinos Nordic Ski Patrol is a volunteer organization working in partnership with the United States Forest Service providing a winter ski safety service, including emergency first aid and search & rescue.

The National Ski Patrol is now recruiting nordic skiers to help patrol the Mount Pinos ski area in Southern California on weekends and holidays during the ski season.
The Mt Pinos Nordic Ski Patrol offers training in:

• Professional Rescuer CPR
• Winter Survival Skills
• Search and Rescue
• Improved Skiing Techniques
• Avalanche Safety
• Ski Mountaineering
• Fine Dining
